West Oakland Woods (WOW) Farm partners with Game Theory Academy to offer local high school students an opportunity to learn about and operate a small farm business. WOW Farm’s team of youth grows and sells organically grown produce to local restaurants.
Position description: The Farm Manager mentors youth associates in farm and business related activities, manages the farm business and works collaboratively with the GTA Executive Director Patricia Johnson and WOW Farm Director Philip Krohn to ensure the program excels in its mission.
